u talkin bout exhaust manifold or inlet
exhaust manifold may give 5/6% power gain on sxi 65bhp will take it to 68.9bhp
5/6% on 1.4 16v is 95.4bhp
inlet manifold from lexmaul/velos etc
sxi 65bhp claims 20% powergain from these is roughly 78bhp
1.4 16 at 90bhp with inlet manifold will go to 20% powergain is 108bhp
however these may vary from car to car as no engine is same as no 2 machined parts are exact and condition of engine miles etc all play a important role.
correct me if im wrong boyz

if a 1.2 has 75bhp to start with then it must be fairly hot as standard. So gains will be minimal.

I would change the inlet manifold and not the exhaust manifold.
This because the cat is in the manifold it self. And there are only replacements for de Z18XE engine. I am using engine codes, because here in the Netherlands this engine is a GSi, and in the UK SRi.
The inletmanifolds from Dbilas are quite good.
Corsa C 1,2 16V 55kW Z12XEn HP gain: 17/23.
If you need to change your distributionbelt then I would suggest other sportier cams. From Dbilas offcourse
