If you undo the stud axle to loosen it, then slide a bit of hack saw bladed snapped to the right length on the bottom and tigthen it, then you have abotu the right rear camber.

But not needed on a road car at all really.

where do you get the shims from? and its really to stop the wheels catching the arch

Yea, but then you will wear your tyres un-evenly...

i was told i could grind the nasty metal stuff that the wheels catching off, But im not sure about this bonding the arch back on stuff

I would trim the arches and bond the plastic back on before I would go changing the camber...
