There a gyro thing that you spin around using your wrist, but it gets harder has you do it and measures the speed you got it going. Like a workout for your forearm.

Just a standard engine with:
Phase 3.5
Bigger injectors
Bigger external fuel pump
Bigger top hat
Bigger turbo
When I get my act together the engine is going and a new much higher spec one going in
