Ok people as a follow up from the post in general - what is every1 plans for there cars over the coming months

1st shows are already starting to put dates out for next yr

Donny 2006 - 15/16 April at Donington Park

Which cars from our region are going to be going away over winter and what work is to be carried out


gives u a good chance to gain help ad advise from other members on how to get ur car the way u want for next yr.

Only fair i get the thread started

Here is my plans
outside
Drop 40mm all round
golf mk4 headlights
one off rear light conversation
handles removed
scuttle smoothed
full respray

inside
back seats out to be replaced by full kenwood install - cant decide how to go yet carpet/retrim or fiberglass.
door/dash to be sprayed
buckets in the front.

Why are you getting a full re-spray?

Got a few probs with my car at the moment so i'm toying with the idea of selling it and getting a a golf however if not it's new alloys next month anyway, interior is getting painted (hopefully!!) new back lights and i wanna interior re-trim so if anyone knows any local places can u u2u me please as i haven't had much luck finding any yet

Over the summer I've fitted electric rear windows, cd changer/headunit, hidden the amp in spare wheel recess.

Don't need to do anything to the body work, looks nice enough already

get rid of the corsa and get 106 gti and strip it and tune it

Smoked Headlights
Bad Boy Bonnet
Cav Door handles
Smoothed lock/wiper
Either
Imrsher fron bumper/skits
or the reiger kit
coilovers/new suspension - go lower
New exhaust system, through the middle bumper

Engine
2.0litre turbo..vroom tishhhhh

Interior
cally leather or leather re-trim

new dvd headunit/etc

And odds/ends i'll ask over the months

Need help on LOTS
bodyshops/electric dudes/etc
MHW rears or keep mine in

possibly, i recon i can get there without tb's, poss 160 with just waiting on a company to do a lads that i know, its only £700 inc parts for the conversion, then a standalone management for about £8-900.
If they do a good job mine will be goin!

will need a full respray with amount of work carried out plus has got few cracks etc which need attention - so will get it resprayed ad get a better finish on the paint to

I no what I want to do. But what I can afford is a different thing lol. Cant sell the astra on so wanna do a bare shell rebuild. Colour change. All new panels. Rebuild engine (or LET) ect ect. Got a list as long as my arm really...

i wona re doo my doorcards. tidy up the interior, maybe refurb my wheels, and fit a new engine, lol goodluck too me huh ?

well my car iss off the road as of friday for a complete rebuild and restyle, keeping it kinda hush hush atm but all will be revealed as soon as i start knowing me lmao.all im saying is everything is gettin done, exterior, interior and engine.its been a long time in the waiting but with my new job at a bodyshop im sorted now.
