Idling at nearly 2k, and being hesitant when cruising at constant speed.
CHanged ICV about 3 weeks ago which seemed to cure it, but has returned.
ANything else it could be

mine is going onto the garage tomorrow to get this fault looked at it is also misfiring, will let you know how I get on

Check all earth connections my friend, I have had a similar problem and thats what it was! A dodgy earth connection on the inlet manifold!
