hey...

thought I'd better clean and wax the car before the gritters start rolling again

took me a few hours but here's what I did ... well pleased with the result... opinions are always welcome


cleaned engine bay
soaked car
washed car using meguiars nxt car wash
rinsed car
shamoieed (sp) car
meguiars clay bar
autoglym super resin polish
meguiars nxt wax











and a sneak peak at something waiting to be fitted into my car...

didn't really buy the cage to "bling up" ... but i'm open to ideas?! ... the rest of the cage is in my garage, i'm gonna bolt it all together tomorrow to check it all before the mounting points get welded

yeah it's a safety devices 6 point cage ... 99% sure it's steel

... don't really think a polished cage would really go as well with the car as a black one would

I'd recommend it to anyone ... you spray the detailing spray on your car and then rub the clay bar on the surface ... it lifts all the salts and other contaminents off and leaves the paintowrk feeling like glass

yeah you'll be suprised how much crap the clay lifts off your car ... well worth the money ... would be good to invest in a good cloth to remove the residue with afterwards too
