Ive decided on keeping my original corsa 14" alloys, but want to lower it on springs for the while. What sort of size lowering distance is most prefered with 14's without any arch mods etc. Ive fitted a seat front splitter to the bumper which is quite low anyway, so i dont want the car too low.

Its a corsa B by the way

IF theyre standard corsa wheels you could drop it a fair distance. Your splitter would probably limit it before your wheels would.

so anything around 30/40mm would b ok then?

I lowered mine 40mm on standard steelies and it was fine...
