anythin really, probably copper grease i'd go for. Are they seizing up?

erm a little bit more than that I knew it was catching a bit. wore a pad out in less than 2k miles and cracked the disk

hmm yeah slight problem, yeah just a bit of grease and work it a bit to free it up. Make sure its not the piston its self seizing either

it would be hard to see if its the piston! They are like normal pistons. You have to use a winding tool on them to wind them back in.

I did mine last summer, easy job.

That's what mine looked like before I regreased them. The rubber sleeve they run in was bone dry too - not good.

Ahh on the rears, yeah well if you can wind it back you know its not seized. but yeah if they were bone dry that'd probably be the problem
