One of my mates is hell bent on buying the clio v6 255 in the summer but I prefer the Golf. Just wondered what everyone thinks.

golf for me mate, clio is nice but golf takes it

golf is lush but the clio v6 is a lot rarer and you do hang out with your wang out when you see one go past - on the rare occasion!

I prefer the look of the Golf too. The S3 is a good suggestion also I may throw him a curve ball and suggest that to him

Clio V6 these are such nice cars to drive too and hold great road pressence

If hes got money to burn i'd suggest the clio, but i'd imagine the running costs will be ridiculous, serivicing, maintenance ETC. Golf should be very reliable and pretty straight forward maintenance wise
