I'm doing a rear quarter panel replacement on a Corsa B, which means i have to remove the rear side window, i've warned the boy that i might not be able to get it out without breaking it, but has anyone on here done this before and give me a few tips?

Yeah, sharp knife and cut around it. You can cut the seal and the sealing bonding and the window pulls out.

Yeah. Personally, i'd try to remove the seal in one piece so you can re-use it and then using a Stanley knife cut around yet behind the window cutting the bonding sealant so you can remove the window in one piece.
