Going to start working on it. got rear suspension, rear beam fuel tank engine dash front running gear all to come out yet lots of rust patches and holes, but hopefull that they will be able to get welded up, new wings new front end etc
going to try and get pics this week
hopefully get the garage door up this week aswell

filler cap isnt to bad, couple bits on sills. few wee holes in floor and arches are main bits. needs new front end and rear lower crash panel bit.
not 100% sure on plans yet, want to sort out all the shell first. not sure on engine, plan to have uprated suspension, mk4 or 5 rear beam. not really looked into brakes yet, going to strip full shell run new brake lines, fuel lines etc get lots of bits powder coated aswell
thinking a mk4 or 5 dash and door cards aswell. thinking of making it into a van aswell

It 'shouldnt' have rust around the filler cap as its a Mk3.5 and has an internal filler cap behind a flap.

Rear arches and sills are major rot problems.

Looks like a good base car to mod though. Get over to www.fiestaturbo.com

bought it for £75 looks quite tidy on the outside but sills are shot floor pan needs repairing, and most worrying bit is looks like it has had a small shunt at the front and chasis legs have been welded replaced going to get it all stripped down and see what i can do though
has cost me nothing after i sold the mirrors door cards and some interior plastics
