Ive seen alot of cars with recent MOTs having this sticker on their car




Is this by law now that once you car is MOT'd you get one of these in the corner of the windscreen?

they are suposed to fit one to the car when you have an mot....

Strange never got one yesterday

I may phone the garage, as I dont really want hassle off the local police, as I dont carry any documents in the car

you dont need to have it stuck there, they are meant to put one in tho. place i go to gave me mine said they didnt think i wanted it stuck to the windscreen...

Ah I understand, I thought it was by law from 2006 that you must display it like a tax disk

by law they have to put it there, but there is no law that it should remain there...... its only a reminder, you cant see if it has anything written on it from the outside.... i believe im correct

you are broster,my garage stuck one on the windscreen and gave me another with the certificate i kept the other one and removed the one from my windscreen

there should be a thing you peel off your new MOT certificate and stick on the top left corner of your windscreen.

its only to remind you when test is due, don't have to display it, but they have to issue it.

they never stick mine in car, just give it to me

I never had one put on my car or given to me
Id still forget when it was due even with a sticker as you forget its there after a while
