think 40,000 miles but got mine done wen i bought my car just in case. costs 70quid abouts..

yeh im pritty sure. used to work at vaux. all the old 8v engines and early 16v's are done at 80k then every 40k and the newer engines (mainly 16v's) are all done at 40k
