Do people rate this head unit? I'm thinking of purchasing one tomorrow to replace the crappy JVC unit I have at the moment...

One thing I like about this head unit is it has 3x pre-outs.

£99 from Halfords, but will see if I can find it cheaper anywhere else tomorrow.

I used to have an Alpine CDM-7874RB a while back, I thought that was pretty good:



Looks like the difference between the two is the one I want to get tomorrow has MP3/WMA playback capabilities.

only headunits id purchase are alpine and pioneer i think

hey,

i'm getting the Alpine 9847
as it has ipod adaptor and can display track names but it is £100 more
but ipod adaptor is a must have nowdays
