uprated shocks and springs

mine is on stardand shocks and only uprated springs and it seems fine had no problems that i no of, the ride is very bumpy but it was when i had my 40mm on there, so i dont notice much differance apart from the handling is much much better!!

what long term damage will i do then guys? and dont just say fuck the shocks up,, i mean how aswell
