Are there any good sites or tutorials on using photoshop? Just the basic stuff really as i dont have a clue for things like changing colours on cars etc

What do you want to learn to do with photoshop?
If you just want to play around with cars, I recomend you go to http://digimods.co.uk/ and check out the tutorials section.

If you want to learn to use photoshop "properly" use google! There are so many good sites with good tuts and you need to try them all atleast once!

photoshop for what. digital hptography or image manipulation.

for photos there is a good book and for manipulation there are a couple of mags you can read
