sometimes my car seems sluggish.then ova times its ok.when i put my foot 2 the floor it dosent go then if i lift off a bit it seems to pull more.sumtimes it is really crap up 2 bout 300 rpm then it takes off.i thought it mite b the iac valve in the throttle bodie.also there is a whistleing sound sumtimes.

any ideas? thanks

Does the 'whistling' sound occur only when in 5th gear?
