should be 110 mph top speed and 10.5 seconds to 60

i know that, but i thought that maybe there were some base models which also you the 16v 1.4xe that the sport uses

Yeh the same engine, but the sport has close ratio box etc.

Actually, IIRC the astra engine is slightly different, fuck knows

mines an sri and it has a close ration box on it.good on acceleration crap on da motorway.

the close ratio box would'nt be causing bad motorway speed, as the 5th gear on your box is still the same as a 5th gear on a wide ratio box. Your cwp must be a fairly low one like the 3.94. I have a 4.18 cwp and its still not that low geared in my 1.2 corsa, but you can't really see the differnce in a low powered car. Had a 4.18 cwp in a nova t40 once, the engine had loads of other mods too, and in the wet the wheels would spin the full way thru 1st, 2nd at to about 4500 rpm in 3rd. Plus the car had 14" wheels so that would of been helping that. Was real fun to drive though

f13 box on m-ways... i run an f16 on my 20xe, it will happily break the rpm needle in top if you let it

mine is good on accelleration but it hit the limiter in 5th at about 110 mph.it shud go faster .

A have had 125 out my sport that was with a geen cotton kit and full magnex system dont know the 0-60
