Suprised you have the head unit and speakers tbh, As you're making such an effort with the weight loss.

i had a half hearted attempt at trying to remove sound deadning from the rear of my cat today.
I was hanging in the car, belly on the rear brace, things on the boot lip.... trying to secure the fueltank seal.
I managed to prise of about 1cm square.... joy.
My last corsa just peeled off in sheets

heat gun makes it go all sloppy! best is to attack it on a cold day with a hammer and screwdriver, then attach the floor with petrol and paint brush, all wipes up nicely!

how long with a heat gun did it take to remove the rear sound deading jr ?
can you heat it enough to take the full thing off, or is it just in bits

lol well as for all the questions
i am stripping it for 2 reasons i wanna be doing some track days and i like the look of a stripped interior with cage etc (cage is on the cards)
no a mojor differnece seems to pick up more dosent bog down as much as there is alot less weight really lol
as muppet sport said the speakers etc are there for me to be entertained, also its not a noisy as alot of ppl say with music on i dnt really notice road noise
yes i agree at the mo is does look very untify with 30 diffetn colours, loads of sounddeadening wires eveyr were. taht will be sorted give me time peeps. pls remember this is only the second day that i have doen it and i am busy doin uni coursework so its along project lol
and as for the ruined comments that ur opinion and i agree not to everyones taste is a strippe dout corsa, but i like it actually
anything else?
