yes it can be done, but with the rear bumper you will need new arches as the face lift bumper comes further forward. but i dont think there is a problem with the front arches.

Excellent, do you know of anyone who has done it? Once done id like to have the irmscher grill to go with it.

I live near sutton village... im sure youve asked before... you drive a silver corsa?

Got any advaice about fitting the face lifted bumper to a non face lift corsa? where can u buy one from? scrap yard (willinghams)?

im looking for the facelift front at the moment there are a few on ebay, but yes local scrapy may have one but if you go to vauxhall dealer you are looking at £170 before its painted.

Excellent stuff, cheers for all the help guys. Got the old haynes manual out and it looks reasonably easy to remove the old one. Just hope the new one is as easy to fit!! lol

Is it a straight swap?

try drummonds on holme on spalding moore, they have some corsas in, or simpsons in york...

fitting shud be straight swap

Well off to pick up a new (primered) bumper on monday for £80 (£200 from local vauxhall dealership!!!), got a price of £80 inc. VAT for spraying. That sounded a good price compared to a few other places. Going to take off the old one to see how easy it is soon. Wish me luck!
