got a phone call from them today offering me an interview on the 2nd of June 
means iv another option for when I leave school in 4 days time!
Hopefully got another 2 interviews lined up as a technician offshore, the job with Maersk would let me see the world though and thats a damn sight better than the North Sea!!
anyone else here in the merchant navy? one of my mates is with anglo eastern and another starts with maersk later on this year

No, that is the vehicle that takes the boxes away from/brings boxes to the ship to shore quay cranes.

Compnay training as it's not on public highways, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off - piece of cake and I love it

my dad owned a haulage company, now we just repair them for other companies and contract out 2 trucks
i have been steered clear of his industry lol, went to commercial vehicle show with him yesterday go every year its our annual father and son day out
