Just multiply by 16.387 to convert CI to CC.

Its a 5.7 litre Mustang engine. Maybe I'm wrong with calling the truck a small block, but originally it was 'just' 4.5 litre

do you actually know the difference of the terms big block and small block? its actually the Big 3 (Ford, GM. Chrysler) having a displacement of over 360ci
