its not the networks fault as such. Its not illegal for companies to ring people. All the networks get it it.
We get them riniging our shop phones!!! (i work in a mobile phone shop)
until its illegal they will continue, were all campaigning to get it all stopped.
Orange coincidently stopped 6 traders ringing people up after they managed to prove they were pretending to be orange to gain customer confidence.
