just got one of these for free, and figured i might use it to put a few tunes on! thing is i cant get shit to work.

theres 13mb left on the memory card (i plan on getting a 1gb card if i can get it working!) but it wont accept any mp3s. ive tried bluetoothing, it just straight away comes up transfer failed, and from the computer vias usb, it usually says couldnt connect to device. but it is connecting cause i can browse through the phones contents!

any ideas!?

i managed to get a tune across now via usb, but it reduced the quality from 192kbps to 32kbps. whats that all about!?
