Hi.
Thought it was time to show some pictures of my Opel Corsa GSI. It's from 97 and I have had it for exactly 4 years today!
All modifications are done by myself! I have only had a little help with the rebuild of the exhaust system and with the hardcore electronics for the red lights of the rev. counter (see pictures below).
Some of the modifications outside:
* Vauxhall chrome V-grill
* Vauxhall badge on the back
* Custom-made frontspoiler (takes 5 minutes to put on and take of)
* Zender side skirts
* Angel-eyes headlights fitted with 8000K xenon kit
* Modified bonnet
* Side repeaters with 3 LED's
First some pictures of the car itself:

Now to the engine bay. A stainless steel (SS) Mantzel (copy) box has been fitted. A custom made engine cover in carbon has replaced the original engine cover.
A complete - partly custom made - stainless steel exhaust system has been fitted including:
4-2-1 SS exhaust manifold - wrapped with graphite thermoband - modified with custom made larger flanges
SS 400 cells metal catalyst
SS middle silencer
SS Scorpion back box
The car has been lowered app. 40 mm in front and back with a Weitec Hicon GT coilover suspension kit.
There are Brembo brake discs with Ferodo brake pads (also Ferodo brake pads in the back)
In the right rear light the bulb for the back-light has been replaced with a small cordless color-camera.
A small monitor has been integrated into the air-vent and receives the signal from the cordless camera.
The original interior (e.g. door-sides) has been replaced with black Alcantara. Many of the interior parts has been covered with real carbon and the door handles are the chrome ones from a Vectra.
Inside I have a lot of instruments, namely:
Oil-pressure
Digital engine oil-temperature
Gear-box oil-temperature
Vacuum-meter
Volt-meter
Air/Fuel-meter
A "red-field" on the rev-counter has been made using 8 red LED's. They are controlled by the oil-temperature. Same system is found in the new BMW M models (but my system is programmable :-) ).
When the engine is cold they all light up and I have a large "red-field" on the rev-counter. A picture of the 8 red LED's on the rev-counter. Oil-temperature is below 25 Degrees Celcius (from now on abbreviated DC):
When the engine/oil temperature is increasing...the LED's will turn of one by one. One this picture the oil temperature is app. 60 DC.
I think that was all I managed to do within 4 years :-) Again...all modifications are done by myself. No garage has been involved in the project!
And finally a picture of the Corsa on Sturup-raceway (in Sweden) where the Danish Touringcar Championship will be held the 11'th of June.

The oil/rev counter warning lights are a great touch actually mate! Very good

Some bloody good ideas on there mate that work well. Xenons look class too 
Only lil things I don't like are the Lexus lights (although the camera inside is cool!!) and also the vauxhall grille - get a debagded FK grille on the front - will make the front look far more aggressive imo

I love the camera and the dash lights, would you care to tell us how you made the dash light system?
I am sure there are people on here that would love to do the same thing!

Thanks for the comments.
I have tried to keep the look of the car as "anonymous" as possible. In other words...no "big-monster-face" spoiler or aggressive styling.
The camera is pretty good when reversing in narrow places (can be difficult to see through the tinted windows). The camera is also nice when checking out "summer girls" biking in mini-skirts :-)
Regarding the V-grille. I will keep the chrome V-grille because it doesn't look like the Opel grille at all! People are really interested in knowing what kind of car this is (you have to remember that we only have Opel here in Denmark).

For the "red-light on rev. counter" project I used: a digital thermometer, a VU-meter and a multiplier/converter to convert the signal from the thermometer to the VU-meter so that it can translate the signal into "light". On the converter I can set gain and ofset which means that I can ajust the LED's (minimum and maximum temp. for switch on/off). It is also fitted with a potentiometer so that I can ajust the light intensity of the LED's.
The LED's switch off according to the following temperatures:
LED #1 @ 25 Degrees Celcius
LED #2 @ 35 DC
LED #3 @ 45 DC
LED #4 @ 50 DC
LED #5 @ 55 DC
LED #6 @ 60 DC
LED #7 @ 65 DC
LED #8 @ 70 DC

nice from the front my friend, im not sure on the wheels and personally i would have kept the standard rear lights, but its your car and being indevidual is what its all about!
