can any 1 tell me if the following is going to crack?
1. My arches off a wide combat kit that have been flushed into the bodywork.
2. my roof rails that have been fiberglassed with a layer of bodyfiller.
if so any ideas on how to stop this

dig it all out and lead fill

yeh but if i lead fill it will be really heavy its only a 1.2 at the moment.

Rad666: instead of a lead fill you can plate it an weld it then grind the weld flat then either lead fill or fill with normal filler till your happy
chrisarmes:
lead fill has been use on car since the dawn of time before the modern body fillers were about but its still used today for some repairs mainly on high end and classic cars
