My car has started ticking really loudly. Its not the tappits, ive topped up the oil but its still making a racket. Iv had it before but it went away for some reason and now its back. kinda curious to what it could be. Its like its coming from behind the engine at the top. When i rev it ticks faster.

What engine it is might help.....
If it's an old Fiesta they have overhead cams so they're all noisy
