are spax rsx coil overs any good im trying 2 decide between rsx'sor fk highsports.
would i b better going 4 bilstine (dodgy spellin i think) or koni adjustable fixed platform shocks and springs instead of coil overs as ive been told the ride quality is crap on coil overs

ride quality is excellent on the fk highsports, not too bumpy but very resposive and we now hold the highsports in stock....

am running the fk's and very pleased with them...they do not give a harsh ride as you would expect form coilovers. however the handling if a far improvement

ive got rsx on my corsa b tho i havent driven it much sence, but i would definatly recommend them

Have the spax on mine
hard ride, front is adjustable, mine is down 80mm at the front, will drop a further 2.5 inches...
rear is 60-ish mm fixed
good quality ride, handles really well!

VERY hard ride, i fooking HATE it
Plus my rear springs have collapsed, but cant be arsed to fix it................

i have rsx on my nova, handles well on the track and it is bumpy but its a track car/ very limited road use. front left shock is leaking tho after only 3000miles

Spax RSX on mine and so far so good, set the fronts in the middle of the 27 point adjustment and its not too harsh of a ride and handles really well,
Had it set on hardest setting on the road just to see what its like and felt every little bump up your spine OUCH!
