Also, how to fill it up- water and coolant mixture?

corsa b 1.4 16v

disconnect rad top and bottom hoses.

To flush rad... feed clean water in the top till clean comes out the bottom

To flush block... Remove temp sender, feed clean water into the header tank

how about filling up?

esp for the coolant/water mixture?

if using vauxhall coolant its 2 litres 50/50with water

make sure air is bled out of system

yeah, that's I want want to know how to prevent getting air when filling up?

you just have to fill it up then let the engine run with the coolant tank lid off untill all the air bubles have gone. Will take a while as the stat has to to open etc
