If i was to remove one of my ligths for a cold air feed will it be still classed as road worthy?

as long as you have dip and main beam on the outer lense, yes.

they'll be as good as standard 106 headlights. main beam wont be quite as bright

mine,

yes they are legal, didnt affect the brightness that much,
i do get funny looks off the police but that prob to do with no number plate, lol

my car was MOT'd with no inner lights. passed fine

brosters car was inspected by the police the other day, no mention of it

yeah i could imagine... ma 02 sensors fcuked up and she doesnt run right untill night time when its cold.... might need to invest in o2 and some ghetto mods

106 GTi main beam is the lights in the bumper anyway. So even if by having twin headlights it means that you now have main beam in the headlights aswell it wont matter if you take one out cos you still have the lights in the bumper for main beam...
