I absolutely fucking hate life.
Decided to do oil change, but no nothing will be that easy in life for me...
the sump plug has cross threaded or something SHITE and will now not leave the FUCKING hole its supposed to...
WTF do i do because i am friggin steaming and could smash the car up.

sounds like you have same luck as me, nothing went right when i tried to do ANYTHING with my car, e.g. tried putting bucket seats in and all bolts rounded off, single wiper and where it bolts on was snapped etc..
sometimes just look around for a big fukoff spanner to teach it a lesson.. ha

Last time i did this, i drilled a hole in the old sump to drain it, and then took it off and swopped it for a new one.

I had the same problem some time back, nut was between 19mm and 17mm now Managed to do it though...put in a new one

i've snapped 2 bolts in the bottom block and now 1 in the head flush, beat that
as dean says, new sump pan, drill the old one and let it drain for a little while.

drill a small hole in the sump plug and use a stud extractor to take it out. Once you have done that and drained the oil. Take the sump pan off and check the thread. If it ain't too bad, saw two grooves going up the thread of the sump plug and that should recut the thread. Otherwise invest in a new sump pan.

put a vice grips on the nut to get it out... then change the sump as sugested above.

i read about drilling the hole so gona be doing that when i get round to trying again.
i also tried the grips, but they kept clipping off! grr

no offence mark, but did you even use the correct tool for the job? or was it fooked up before you did to much, you'r best bet is todo what mitch2 said
