i know if you turbo a n/a car then the manifold is changed from the standard one... is this the same if you supercharge a car?

also if you turbo a car you still have an air filter... do you still have an air filter if you supercharge a car?

any engine should have a filter

when you charge it you dont need to play with the manifold as the charger runs off an aux drive belt not the exhaust gasses

A super charger is ran off a belt, so the exhaust manifold doesn't need to be changed. This has an air filter. The exhaust manifold is changed on a turbo, as its the exhaust gases that drive the turbo. This also has an air filter.
