Don't talk to me about alarms.

I now have to go and have a nice bath so i'm clean enough to go and climb through the window of the V8 and arm wrestle with it.

Annnnnnd, if I have the cheek to go to my Merc for anything at any time during the day, the alarm will go off, unprovoked, about an hour or so later just to let me know i'm not paying it enough attention.

Fucking cars!!!

go on astra-sport mate and hit the search...it seems a common fault on mk4s.

there is a way u can do it by strippin the sounder down and doin sumthing to it... but not sure on how hard it is... or u can go for the easy option and get a full replacement.

or do wat i done, sell the car

The alarm is going off again? First of all Vauxhall replaced the ultra sonic sensors inside the car, then replaced the power sounder, if its going off again you know what you need to do

Don't even TRY and complain about petrol consumption you fucker.

Not when i'm around at least.

If you combined the oil/petroleum consumption abilities of the Bunsfield, Piper Alpha, and Exxon Valdez disasters, plus the hundreds of Iraqi well heads that were burning during the Gulf conflict. You still wouldn't be anywhere near the catacalysmic depletion of oil based resources that all, or any one of my cars manages to pull off.
