ive just sold my old moped but when ive gone to find everythin i have all bar the log book.
do i have to apply for a new log book in my name and then do change of ownership afterwards? or can we apply for a new log book straight in the new owners name?

You will need to apply for a new log book in your name which also cost's £19 for a new log book i believe, then you'll both need to sign and get it sent off in the new owners name.
