Sooo,
Scotlands dodgiest used to hang about these realms offering his hard earned advise....Anyone seen the masterful Koni? also known as the following companies - Koncept Developments - colour tech coachworks and probably something else now....
To give you a summary - I paid them alot of money to do my car (back in 2002) which took them more than two years which should've taken 2 months....and even after two years the car was a complete state! (imagine a car when paint and lacquer is mixed in one then sprayed onto it - then he blames the car for the reaction - "something in the metal") ...
The recent grapevine tells me their out of their premises in Hillington again without paying their rent...same scenario at their Darnley garage.
This is not libel as I can proove what im saying - a company such as this has to be known to the public before anyone else is stung.
They still have a wide arch clio (paying customer) which has taken them 3 years to nearly finish (still not finished) Explain that, mines was 2 years (i wouldn't class it as finished though, far from it) but I suppose, it wasn't wide arch.
I had to pay an independant bodyshop to write this report:

O/S front wing has dents
No washer jets
Scuttle panel clips missing
Front windscreen rubber missing
N/S & O/S door check rubbers missing
Bootlid trim missing inside
Overspray on inner wheel arches
Bonnet cracked at front edge and not painted properly
N/S & O/S Arch smoothing lifting and cracking
Rear N/S & O/S Arch smoothing lifting and cracking
smoothing around spoiler lifting and cracking.
To rectify this situation the car needs to be fully done and a full respray by a competent company.

the above pictures are from his first attempt, he had many more...they were the ones when he mixed the paint and lacquer resulting in a dull cloudy finish as you can see in some of the pictures.
Anyone wishing to discuss this with me or has past storys please post or PM me.
Their were a few guys on CS that had minor work done and were unhappy, be nice to see yous guys rise from the death to back up that this cowboy outfit must be stayed clear from.
Its my advise to yous guys to stay clear off him and corsasport takes action to not let this dodgey trader use your forums as a feeding ground.
Ohh and P.S. I took the advise off many and paid all the costs again for his shoddy work to be redone. He did offer to redo it for the fifth time (July last year but has ignored me since) but lets face, you dont get it right the first four times while ignoring you and hiding...words cannot express how dodgey he is.

Can somone please fuck Koni over. He doesn't deserve to run a company. He doesn't deserve to do anything other than wiping shit off the floor in public toilets. The ammount of crap he has posted on this site over the years about how he has stared up new businesses and he has changed. I'm sure many people agree with me; I cannot tolerate cowboy bodyshops like this. Thier behavoir is disgusting.

Ed, true words! not wanting to sound harsh but the bloke really has it coming to him! He was genuine to speak to but when you think about all the lies, false promises and bullshitting that went with him...
I gave him my car 19th August 2002 - cars still fucked 15th September 2006.
I may just visit a lawyer see If I can claim compensation against him personally, I wasn't going to make all this public but just thinking about the way hes treated me and others and offered no apology or atleast compensation. Since he wasn't a registered company, it makes it more easier...no legal protection for him.
Would be interested to hear from others incase I need some statements to further my case.

I've spoken to Iaz on a few occasions, If he still hangs around these dark corners then it would be nice to hear how his paint work is now....I dont wish to say anything hes said privately too me in a public setting so be good if he can rise here! :-)

Wll the thing is. Your car now needs to have the nitromors treatment to sort it out. You are looking at £5k+ to sort out that paint job now. Claim, sue and make sure he goes bankrupt. There is no space in society for people like him.
My car got fucked over by a bodyshop called Midas Styling. Not nearly as bad as yours but I understand where you are coming from.

I never said the paint work on the Jag Corsa was 100% what i was saying was, then it Won at maxlive Koni could of used that and got alot of work........
