Pull off the horn in the centre and then undo the nut.

leave the nut on a little bit tho so when it does come off it doesnt knock you out.

there is a washer behind it with a flap tunrned up to lock the nut, to a tap this back to un lock the nut first.

and how will i put the lock washer back on after?

you just re-bend it into lock the nut matey
