Its a microsoft add on.

its from here http://toolbar.live.com/

has lots of other features that you dont need to install if you just want tabbed browsing

Installed it on another comp and had a go steve.

Tabbed browsing yes but rubbish compared to ie7 or opera.

Just small annoying things like not being able to press x to close the tab.
