just found out that they do. for future reference:

cobra mounting holes are 292mm side to side and 330mm front to back

corbeau mounting holes wre: 289mm side to side and 330mm front to back

yes I had trouble getting corbeau subframes as they reoned people bought cobra seats then corbeau subframes so I had to prove I had corbeau seats
