I have a panoramic photo at 150DPI on my computer (4760*1557 pixels - 23.8"x7.7")

I would love this photo trebled in size and printed out professionally so I can have it framed and on my wall.

Is it possible or not? Or will the quality just go sh!t when it goes bigger?
