im rubbish at taking pictures and really want to start taking some good pictures so if any one has any tips one taking good photos. i.e locations, lighting car posistions ect it would be appreciated

Just go out and buy loads of books and read them cover to cover. I'm almost all self taught although my dad pointed me in the right direction when I was younger because he was a photographer.

Just read and dont stop.
