cheers mate! i got a new engine for it so if its had loads done to it then it saves me from buying new parts as ill just swap them over lol. wonder if he ever had it on the rollers?

i dont think it ever went on the rollers It did do a 14.7 quarter mile and that was with all that wood floor in the boot Im sure he said it should have been around 165-170bhp.

Isn't the rev limit on a standard XE just after 7k?

Mate's XE nova goes off the 7k on the rev counter. Place's it's been for work have suspected it's got cams though.

had mine well off my 130mph clock on the way back form PVS on the m45 it was very loud lol

i couldnt hear myself think at an indicated 143mph (slight incline from 120mph)

mine runs at low temp even at v high speeds too. its also got a cold running stat i think and the fan comes in at 95
