Ordered a cataloge of floor tiles, so gonna get that sorted asap, but time to start paining the walls today. I'll get some pics up of the progress, I wanna get a dark grey stone tile floor, with terracotta and creme walls, kinda mediterranean style.

Excuse the mess, still a bit of a building site upstairs!
Quick before and after pic, i was gonna do just those two that colour and the other two cream, but think i might do the right hand wall in terracotta too upto directly where the opposite wall finishes, and take the carpet back a bit so its in line, then tile up to there. Should help seperate the lounge and dining room a bit, not quite sure why the carpet goes back a few foot into it really

New curtains and lights are also planned, still got the ones that were there when we moved in

Not keen on the colour, but it looks like you've done a good job on the painting

Are u going for new light fittings, curtains etc as well?

Tiled floor will look nice, it is weird the carpet runs into that bit as well

Laminates would look nice running through both as well!
