I'm having the classic corsa problem of ecu light coming on, loosing power etc...
Car won't go much faster than 85mph (its a 1.2 16v)

I was gonna read the ecu fault code out of it with the paperclip test but one of pins 5 or 6 hasn;t got a connection in the socket!!!

How do you read them in a 16pin aldl connector?

Yeh thats the same info i looked at..... i don't have the connection in the same pins as that photo!

By the way my car shouldn't struggle to reach 90mph should it?

I have had at least 95 out of it before.

14" gsi alloys. the outer wheel diameter is only fractionally larger than the steels.

Is the management light on I take it? When my Mass Air flow meter had packed up it struggled to get over 80ish.

mass air flow meter is always common, if it doesnt rev or 2500-3500rpm it will be fooked!

you cant do it with the 1.2 16v or 1.0 12v engine
