That £90k was years ago when the mortgage rate was loads.
Would have been expensive to borrow to buy it but worthwhile now after a remortgage at todays rates.

thb, i regret spending over £700 on carpets which will nbe thrown out after 2 years. I should have got wooden floors. Still undecided on wooden floors or tiles.
