I have a mouse that cost me £6 from asda, its nearly 2 years old lasted longer than my first dell ones did.

But it it actually wank, needs replacing.

What type to get? I dont want one with a shitty ball in it anymore, ones at work have red lasers in then They seem good!

Can you get bluetooth ones?

Dont wanna spend more than £30.

Any advice geeks?

I agree, had mine two years now, I have replaced the AA batteries in it once.

Amazing piece of kit, although would you like one with back and forward buttons on the side of the mouse?

You won't ever want a normal mouse again when you use an mx1000.

If this is the one that uses an actual laser, then i wouldnt suggest buying it. I bought one with the same tech which cost me 60 quid.

I have to say it was absolute bollocks, the laser it uses is too sensitive. Im a person that loves playing Unreal Tournament online, and with that mouse you would turn your player round lift the mouse up and back space so that you can turn around more but as you are back spacing the laser is still actually reading the surface so your player just flicks from side to side which pissed me off big style. Went to the shop got a refund and bought a 15 quid laptop laser which is Dont buy top of the range because they arnt always good.

I've just got this, only had it 3days jambo, but its excellent! I can control the computer from anywhere in the house! I'm just about to get a thing so I can have a few monitors around the house, i.e. bedroom, living room, kitchen etc.etc.

Yes it uses a normal laser.

The wired version of it is about the best gaming mouse you can buy because gamers moan about wireless mise.

You could have just turned the sensitivity down a bit in the game, or bought a decent mouse mat.

In this case top of the range is the best.
