Why? Look at Southends current postition - no offence but a Premier league club (espicially one in trouble) will be looking for someone experienced at that level to pull them out of the mess that they are in rather than take a gamble on someone unproven at that level and who are currently floundering in the Championship.

Why did they ever sign him, he's a terrible manager that lacks even the most basic of communicational skills, sometimes you have to wonder what drugs football boards smoke, it happens regularly
