I'd love some koi myself, but i haven't got the room in the back garden for a pond.

lovely dude; I have a a... well what he is escapes me, he's orange and white, and called benalyn; bought him when he was just over an inch, along with another (calpol) of the same type, which benalyn killed - the joys of koi.
Benalyn's just under 4 inches now; but is tanked, so his growth should be fairly restricted until I get my massive tank set up, when I next move!

surely a pond like that is a bit of a security risk, easy to just go under and into the house!?

Don't think so, think it's just someone's house. Sovereign close , aqueduct, telford. I may be wrong though!

Just got back from picking him up, absolutely beautiful fish A lot lighter gold colour than the original photos, really pleased with him. He makes the 19" ones in there now look really small though!

The guy said he was offered £130 for it but the buyer wasn't willing to come and collect so he turned him down, and that the local water garden place has one 2" smaller going for £350, so £56 was an absolute bargain
