I bought a new phone at the beginning of the week. I got an installation CD with it so i can set everything up so i can work my data cable to recieve files from my computer. Although when i start the installation, this message comes up. It then totally fooks up my computer and stops the installation, enabling me to work my data cable. Anyone know what i should do?

should just be able to click "continue anyway" and then carry on, take it that don't work?

i have clicked continue but it just stops and says the set up cannot be finished

have you tryed getting an updated version of the software from the phone manufacturers website?
