I left some twat bad feedback because he basicly ripped me off, he kindly returned the favour even though he conned me and i am £115 out of pocket!
Is it possible if we come to an agreement to remove the neg feedbacks?

you can reply to the neg feedback, and you can mutually retract it, but it's still visible, just doesnt affect the numbers.
did you try to sort it before leaving the feedback?
what did he leave you?

This happened to me.
Bought three items from a seller, they sent me two after having to keep chasing them up, turns out the third was never actually in stock in the first place. They sent me a note with the two items they sent saying they would offer me another one + free thing. So I replied that I would have it. Chased and chased them up and in the end I said to them if it wasn't here by a certain date I would leave negative feedback.
The item never arrived. So I left the negative feedback. Then they gave me negative for the three items I had bought. (Which were Buy It Now items, so I won them and paid for them straight away). Saying they were unable to contact me. I am online all the time so I dunno who they have been trying to contact.
Unfortunately they strung me along for more than 60 days which meant that I couldn't complain to eBay about them. However I did email the Trust & Safety Team with my complaints, and I have saved all the emails sent between me and the seller to prove there was more than enough contact.
Bunch of bastards.
