I have a PC and laptop that im going to be using for internet on a network. I plan on doing a wireless network but dont know if my cmputers have the necessary stuff to wireless. Is there any way of checking they are both ready for a wireless connection? Just need to find out incase i need to buy stuff to make them wireless. I dont know much about computers, so its all new to me.

The PC almost certainly won't be as standard, but the laptop maybe. Double click on My Network Places, then view Network Connections and it should show you what Network adaptors you have installed.
